Customer service is a big part of any successes I have had over the years. This takes the form of being personally responsible for all new projects we undertake—whether it’s a small bunker renovation or a new course design in a remote region. Being available, attentive and results-driven are all part of the Beebe approach. This approach allows for direct communication and collaboration between myself and the project team, which in turn leads to successful projects.
